The Client wanted limited inspiration from the Art Deco period for this historic building in Springfield -Jacksonville, FL that is planned to be an AirBnB. There were limitations on time and funds so by working within their scope these visions help to start a conversation with the historical society in Jacksonville for further approvals to transition the derelict building to a former glory, but with a modern feel. 10 hrs including research, 3d modeling, talking with the client, and creating the compositions of the room.
